1.Introduction
Appropriate Technology India (AT India), an Indian NGO registered under the Societies Act 1860 has been working in Uttarakhand since 1994 with dual objectives of biodiversity conservation and economic development. These objectives can be achieved only when the local communities secure economic and managerial control over their natural resources and have access to necessary information technical and financial. support. This incentive motivates them to work actively toward the long-term conservation of these resources This premise continues to inform AT India's strategy to assist village communities in Uttarakhand towards conserving their natural resources and biodiversity while developing economic opportunities through enterprise utilizing natural resources (natural resources-based products and NTFP) in an equitable. economically and environmentally sustainable manner.

3. Eligibility Criteria
- Registered manufacturer/supplier of solar water lifting systems
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar pump installations
- Previous experience in similar government/NGO projects (minimum 5 installations)
- Valid GST registration and relevant licenses
- Capability to provide 1-year on-site warranty
4. Documents to be Submitted

- List of previous installations with client references (minimum 5)
- Authorization certificate from pump and solar panel manufacturers
- Detailed project execution plan and timeline

5. Technical Requirements
- Solar Panels: Minimum efficiency of 20%, with 25-year performance warranty
- Pump: Submersible type, suitable for borewell installation, minimum 5 KVA capacity
- Controller: MPPT technology with LCD display, overload protection
- Installation: Complete turnkey installation including electrical connections, piping, and testing
6. Delivery Location
Project villages, Himachal Pradesh (exact locations to be provided at the time of order placement).
7. Terms and Conditions
- Prices should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, packaging, insurance, and delivery charges.
- AT India reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
- The lowest quote will not be the sole criterion for selection; quality and delivery capacity will also be considered.
