Capacity Building – Learning for Change

We assist in the formation, strengthening, and operational support of FPOs, enabling farmers to pool resources, access markets, and enhance bargaining power. By fostering collaboration, promoting cooperative decision-making, and providing business management guidance, FPOs become platforms for economic empowerment and sustainable rural development.
