1.Introduction
Appropriate Technology India (AT India), an Indian NGO registered under the Societies Act 1860 has been working in Uttarakhand since 1994 with dual objectives of biodiversity conservation and economic development. These objectives can be achieved only when the local communities secure economic and managerial control over their natural resources and have access to necessary information technical and financial. support. This incentive motivates them to work actively toward the long-term conservation of these resources This premise continues to inform AT India's strategy to assist village communities in Uttarakhand towards conserving their natural resources and biodiversity while developing economic opportunities through enterprise utilizing natural resources (natural resources-based products and NTFP) in an equitable. economically and environmentally sustainable manner.
2. Scope of Work
The selected vendor shall supply quality mushroom cultivation inputs, essential equipment, chemicals, packaging materials, transportation, and training services for the cultivation of Button and Oyster Mushrooms under the project in District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Interested suppliers/agencies should meet the following requirements:
- Registered firm/company with valid GST and PAN.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in mushroom cultivation input supply and training.
- Experience in supplying agricultural or mushroom cultivation materials to NGOs, Government Departments, FPOs, or Farmer Groups.
- Ability to deliver materials within the specified timeline in Himachal Pradesh.
- Preference will be given to suppliers operating in Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand.

6. Delivery Location
Two Project villages in District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh (Exact locations will be shared with the selected vendor).
7. Terms & Conditions
- AT India reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
- All quoted prices shall be inclusive of GST, packing, transportation, loading, unloading, and all other applicable charges.
- Materials supplied shall conform to the specifications mentioned in this RFQ.
- Payment shall be released after successful delivery, verification, and acceptance of the materials/services.
- Training shall be conducted in coordination with AT India at mutually agreed dates.
- Prices quoted shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date of submission.
- Any defective or damaged materials shall be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost.
