1.Introduction
Appropriate Technology India (AT India), an Indian NGO registered under the Societies Act
1860 has been working in Uttarakhand since 1994 with dual objectives of biodiversity
conservation and economic development. These objectives can be achieved only when the
local communities secure economic and managerial control over their natural resources and
have access to necessary information technical and financial. support. This incentive
motivates them to work actively toward the long-term conservation of these resources This
premise continues to inform AT India's strategy to assist village communities in Uttarakhand
towards conserving their natural resources and biodiversity while developing economic
opportunities through enterprise utilizing natural resources (natural resources-based
products and NTFP) in an equitable. economically and environmentally sustainable manner.
2. Scope of Work
The selected vendor shall be responsible for the following:
• Supply of complete Garlic Grader Machine System.
• Fabrication using specified materials and dimensions.
• Installation and commissioning at delivery location.
• Testing and demonstration of machine operation.
• Supply of electrical control panel with VFD.
• Provision of all motors, belts, rollers, bearings, and accessories.
• Warranty support and after-sales service.

3. Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. The bidder should be a manufacturer, authorized dealer, or supplier of agricultural
grading machinery.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply/fabrication of similar machinery.
3. The bidder must possess valid GST registration.
4. The bidder should have PAN registration.
5. The bidder should have successfully completed at least 2 similar projects/orders in
the last 3 years.
6. The bidder should not be blacklisted by any government or private organization
4. Documents to be Submitted
The bidder must submit the following documents along with the quotation:
• Company profile
• GST Registration Certificate
• PAN Card copy
• Authorization certificate (if dealer/distributor)
• Experience details of similar work/orders (at least 3)
• Technical brochure/specification sheet
• Warranty declaration
• Delivery timeline commitment
• Signed and stamped copy of RFQ acceptance
5. Evaluation Criteria
The quotations will be evaluated based on the following parameters:

AT India reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
6. Delivery Location
Project villages, Himachal Pradesh Sirmaur District (exact locations to be provided at the
time of order placement).
7. Terms and Conditions
1. Transportation charges shall be quoted separately and will be extra.
2. Applicable GST shall be mentioned clearly in the quotation.
3. Delivery shall be made within the mutually agreed timeline after receipt of
purchase order and advance payment.
4. Warranty: Minimum 1-year warranty from the date of installation.
5. The supplier shall provide installation and operational training.
6. Any defective parts during warranty period shall be replaced by the supplier
at no additional cost.
7. The machine should comply with standard industrial safety norms.
8. Quotations must remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of
submission.
9. AT India reserves the right to negotiate prices and technical specifications
with the selected bidder.
10. Advance payment once made against confirmed order shall be governed by
mutually agreed contractual conditions.
11. Delays in delivery without valid justification may attract penalty as decided by
AT India.
